HIIT – BOOTY – ABS

This workout literally killed me – I was so sore and loved it! Best part was that no equipment was needed – because I’m lacking in that department lol

HIIT: 3 rounds | 30 seconds on | 30 seconds off
1. Squat crossover
2. Plank jacks
3. Quick feet to half burpee
4. Alternating oblique crunches
5. Hut hike

BOOTY: 2 rounds (obviously do more if you can)
1. Elevated single leg glute lunge – 2 x 20 – each leg
2. Squat/reverse lunge – 2 x 15 – each leg
3. Fire hydrant – 2 x 20 – each leg
4. Glute bridge hold/abduction – 2 x 30

ABS: 1 minute each – 2/3 times
1. Single leg raise
2. Body crossover
3. Wood chopper
4. Cocoons
5. Hip up leg raise
